Accessibility
Getting into the show shouldn't be harder because of how you browse the web. Here's how we're working to make Tickana accessible to all fans.
Sufficient color contrast, resizable text, and clear focus states across the site.
Every interactive element — menus, forms, filters, checkout — is reachable and operable without a mouse.
Semantic HTML, labeled form fields, and descriptive alt text throughout the browsing and checkout flow.
A direct line to our team for anything that isn't working the way it should.
Tickana is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design and build — not a one-time fix.
We regularly review new features against accessibility best practices, test with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers, and prioritize fixes for anything that gets in the way of using Tickana. This work is never fully finished, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve.
Some content on Tickana — such as event images or embedded payment forms — is provided by third parties. While we choose partners who share our commitment to accessibility, we can't guarantee their content meets the same standards we hold ourselves to.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on Tickana, please tell us. We want to know so we can fix it. Contact us or email accessibility@tickana.com.
